The Mission is to let Conrad Prebys know that the tenants he lords over WANT everything they pay for. They also want Conrad Prebys to spend some of those millions of dollars he "donates" to grease palms and lower his tax liability to be put back in the 40+ properties he owns and operates. After all, his "charity" IS YOUR RENT MONEY!

The key word in your statment is pay for so if you pay there is no problem. Dont be a dead beat tentent and that wont happen hahahaha
I'm a tenant here and I have to agree...this place is a dump for the money! I can't even count how many cockroaches I've squashed. The units haven't been updated since at least the 80's. Old appliances, popcorn ceilings, old/ugly a/c units... There's a footstool in a tree in the court yard. The handicap parking spots are next to entries that aren't even handicapped accessible (is that even legal???). The elevators are always down and so are the washers and dryers! The management team (aka the decision makers of the place) hide behind the girls at the front desk and make them do their dirty work. THE PLACE IS A DUMP AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! SLUUUUUUUUM LORDS!!!
